(Distance does not need to be a barrier to accessing the right supervision for you and your practice)
I work with trainee counsellors, newly qualified and experienced counsellors, and supervisors, enhancing your quality of life and work within the profession.
I like authenticity and a warmth environment within my own supervision and will ensure that I work with you in this way to facilitate a collaborative and shared experience within supervision – this is achieved by creating a warm and accepting environment of mutual respect and trust, as well as respecting your values and beliefs, cultural and ethnic diversity, I will normalize your experiences both positive and negative I will challenge and support if and when needed, I will pass on what I have learned through my own years of clinical experience and training.
I will support you when you feel ‘not good enough’, ‘questioning your abilities’, and feeling isolated. We will work together to provide you with the skills and knowledge to work within the sector either as a private practice practitioner or supervisor, within an agency, or additional training to enhance your own practice moving forward in your career.
