Counselling Session fees 

• 30-minute introductory consultation online/telephone  = Free
• 50-60 minute ongoing counselling session = £72*
• 90-minute EMDR extended or single session appointment = £90*
• 50-minute Student Counsellors therapy appointment = £48*

Supervision Session fees

• 60-minute (1hr) supervision = £72*
• 90-minute (1.5hrs) supervision = £90*
• Student counsellors supervision = on request

*All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20% – VAT invoice/receipts available on request – all prices are GBP.

I ask that payment is and by Bank Transfer prior to each appointment and/or Cash for In-person therapy

Reduced & Low-Cost Sessions  – are available on a sliding scale, depending on circumstances, please feel free to ask about these, as I am aware life does not always work in our favour. 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

You can rearrange or cancel appointments for up to 48 hours without incurring any fee before the appointment time

If you are unable to give 48 hours notice or you miss the session without giving notice, payment will be retained except in the case of unpredictable and serious personal emergencies (which I will decide at my discretion). I will always try to offer another appointment if you have to cancel at short notice, I will be available for an online or telephone session, but if I am unable to find another mutually convenient time in the same week, the full fee will be payable/a cancellation fee of 

If you are unable to visit the practice, for example, due to travel or weather conditions, I will be available for an online session but unable to cancel the appointment/I will be happy to reschedule or cancel the fee.

If I am unable to attend the session for any reason, I will advise you by phone or email at the earliest opportunity. No fee will be payable in these circumstances. If you completed the payment at the time of booking, I will transfer the payment to the next session.
