Counsellor, Coach & Mentor

“I feel as unique individuals sometimes we need the support of others to enable us to live the life we want and know we deserve”

After a sequence of life changing events, I realised I was not living the life I wanted nor deserved, so I took a ‘leap of faith’ and moved out of my comfort zone to retrain as a Counsellor and Life Coach.

My commitment to you is that I will walk alongside you during your journey of discovery, thus enabling you to understand what is going on for you and why you are where you are. I will support you in understanding different coping and life strategies that will enable you to move forward and take your own ‘leap of faith’ into that future you want and deserve.

I work with all sexes, all age groups and all issues. I work with a number of organisations covering numerous client groups with diverse issues such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement & Loss
  • Body Image
  • Confidence & Low-self Esteem
  • Depression
  • Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating & Obesity
  • Everyday life issues
  • Historic Child Abuse
  • Mental Health Issues
  • Pre-trial Therapy
  • Rape & Sexual Abuse
  • Student issues
  • Empowerment Coaching
  • Leadership and Management Coaching

I also work for Aspire Training Team Limited as their Leadership and Management Tutor and Assessor, I enjoy supporting apprentices and mature students to enhance their skills and knowledge in Leadership and Management whilst gaining a recognised qualification.

I am a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice. . I receive regular supervision and carry professional insurance. I am committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in areas of my practice.
