Clinical Supervision
A Time to Reflect - Distance does not need to be a barrier to accessing the right supervision for you, your practice and organisation
Clinical Supervision enables everyone time and space to decompress, work ethically, know their own limitations and supports the individual and/or team to reduce risk, burnout and vicarious trauma. We will work collaboratively creating an authentic and warmth environment for your supervision, this can be achieved through mutual respect and trust, as well as respecting each other’s values, beliefs, cultural and ethnic diversity.
I am passionate about the development and growth within our profession, supervision with me gives you the opportunity to step back and reflect on your work, my aim is to help you feel supported in this exploration of self and your work becoming a more reflective and reflexive practitioner and manager.
