Clinical Supervision

Aims and Goals of Supervision

Supervision is a place for both of us to build an ethically mutual trusting and open relationship to learn and explore professionally around different issues, clientele, ethical dilemmas and frameworks, as well as different ways of working within the profession taking into account theoretical models and modalities, continuing professional development and of course not forgetting the interconnection around the client themselves (in essence a triad of exploration).

Supervision is a safe space to explore both your client's and your own feelings before, during, and after client sessions.  You may find some sessions and/or supervision challenging however rewarding, for both yourself and your clients.  As a supervisor, I too will also learn on this journey of exploration and discovery, by holding the space for your and your clients.
