Session information and Fees

Prior to your first session I will have an initial consultation with you to ensure that I am the right counsellor psychotherapist coach and supervisor to meet your needs and requirements. This also enables you to ask any additional questions you may have prior to starting with me.

After our consultation I will send you a welcome pack and an assessment document for you to complete & sign to protect your confidentiality and complying with GDPR. During your first session we will also discuss the scheduling of sessions.

If you are having EMDR therapy protocols and procedures, there will be a preparation phase to be completed before processing or I've movement is undertaken. This will be fully explained and discussed in the first session, the number of sessions you require will depend on your response to treatment and will be reviewed and discussed.

Fees

Session Fees: (all-inclusive of VAT at 20%)

  • £80.00 per hour for Counselling/Psychotherapy
  • £90.00 per hour for EMDR/EFT Therapy
  • £75.00 per hour & £95.00 for 1.5 hrs for Clinical Supervision
  • £90.00 per hour for Coaching

If you are a Trainee Counsellor or Trainee Supervisor reduced fees may be available with prior discussion.

My working hours are:
Monday to Friday 8am to 7 pm
I do offer flexibility around appointment times.
